In the fast-paced world of corporate law, one secret to maximizing contract efficiency is minimizing your tech stack. They imported all the retailer's documents into the system, neatly formatted for future use. The manual comparison process alone involved sifting through lengthy 30-50-page documents, many of which contained largely identical language, resulting in wasted productivity.

This feature was instrumental in organizing their vast contract library, making it easier to manage different types of agreements. "The amount of contracts that come in versus how quickly they go out has improved tremendously," said Michael. "The contract comparison feature alone has probably saved us hours and hours in the aggregate at this point."
