Contracts are created, requested, imported, and uploaded directly from Bullhorn Custom Cards and Tabs on Company, Placement, and Candidate records — because in staffing a single Placement ties a client to a worker, with contracts at both ends.

Yes. Field mappings between Bullhorn entities and IntelAgree contract attributes are configurable per attribute, with explicit direction control for each one (in, out, or both).
